The Energy That Heals and Harmonizes Body, Mind, and Spirit

Reiki is an energy healing practice that originated in Japan at the beginning of the 20th century, developed by Mikao Usui. The word “Reiki” means “Universal Life Energy” and represents a subtle flow of energy that passes through and supports every living being.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a simple and natural method to promote deep relaxation, energetic balance, and healing on all levels: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. During a Reiki session, the practitioner channels universal energy through their hands, gently placing them on or just above the body, stimulating the natural self-healing process.

The Benefits of Reiki

Practicing Reiki can help to:

  • Reduce stress, anxiety, and tension
  • Relieve pain and physical discomfort
  • Promote cellular regeneration
  • Improve sleep and vital energy
  • Balance emotions and moods
  • Support personal and spiritual growth

How Reiki is Learned

Reiki is transmitted through a series of initiations or “attunements” conducted by a Reiki master. These rituals open the practitioner’s energetic channels, enabling them to become a channel for universal energy. The learning path is divided into levels, ranging from basic knowledge to the ability to teach and pass Reiki on to others.

A Gentle and Respectful Approach

Reiki is not connected to any specific religion or belief system and can be practiced by anyone, complementing other therapies or wellness paths. It is a practice that respects each person’s freedom and dignity, fostering harmony between body, mind, and spirit.

Who is Reiki For?

Reiki is suitable for those who wish to:

  • Improve the quality of their life
  • Restore energetic balance and well-being
  • Develop greater self-awareness
  • Support themselves and others on the healing journey

An Invitation to Listen and Let Energy Flow

“Energy flows where attention goes.”
Reiki teaches us to tune into the natural flow of life, to release blocks and tensions, and to reconnect with our most authentic essence.
