That\u2019s a very good question. I could start with the classic version:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My name is St\u00e9phane. I\u2019m a holistic facilitator and I support business and people in understanding who they are \u2013 and most importantly, who they want to become.
My journey began with a deep desire to unite personal transformation and energetic awareness, in order to offer an authentic and respectful form of guidance that embraces the human being as a whole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I trained in various complementary approaches, which I now integrate into personalized guidance for individuals and families, with the goal of fostering lasting well-being in harmony with their essence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But to be honest with you, I\u2019ve been asking myself this question for about twenty years\u2026 and I know I still have so much to discover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All I really know is where I come from \u2013 and where I want to go. So maybe we can talk about that.
Where I come from is complex, there are still some hidden corners to illuminate, but I\u2019ve come to understand that what matters most is not where you start, but where you want to go.
And as for where I want to go, I can tell you with great clarity: toward the best version of myself.
Again, I\u2019m far from having arrived, but I truly love this path \u2014 it\u2019s the only one that makes sense to me.
On this path, I\u2019ve learned to discover my essence, to heal my wounds, to listen to my needs, to forgive myself, and simply to love myself.
Like everyone else, I move forward with my fears, doubts, and mistakes.
Every person I meet helps guide me in some direction.
Along the way, there have been key moments, techniques that worked better than others.
So I decided to explore them, study them.
Little by little, I crafted a new personality, I grew, and I began integrating into my daily life what brings me balance.
New tools, a bit more clarity.
These experiences \u2013 and the desire to offer a better world to my children \u2013 are what keep me going along this path.
